Micropath Laboratory is committed to delivering highly accurate test results within the promised turnaround time. However, biological variations and complex testing procedures may occasionally cause delays. We are not liable for any medical decisions made solely based on slight delays in report delivery. Always consult your physician with your reports.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made online via secure payment gateways or through cash/UPI during a home sample collection. Prices for tests and packages are subject to change without prior notice, but you will only be charged the price displayed at the time of your booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we utilize advanced technology and strict quality control, Micropath Laboratory shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any actions taken based on the diagnostic reports provided.
